People who work in finance and accounting often speak a different language to everyone else.

So, when it comes to hiring them, it helps to talk to a company that understands where they’re coming from – or hoping to go to. 

In fact, many people who aren’t familiar with the industry are surprised at how much the ability to be able to communicate well is every bit as important as an ability to read figures.
