It’s amazing how many people who work in IT & Digital also produce their own music. As a hobby or sometimes even professionally.
But in many ways, it’s not that surprising.
Because both disciplines have very similar creative challenges. Trying to produce something inspired and innovative while at the same time having to work within the same set of rules and structures as everyone else.
In fact, one of the things we find most interesting about working in this sector is that professionally we simply can’t stand still either. We’ve had to tear up the recruitment rulebook and come up with fresh new ways of doing things ourselves.
But there is one thing that is unlikely to ever change, however good AI gets, is that recruitment is about placing people and not machines. It’s about putting the right people together.
So let us introduce ourselves. The future is exciting, and hopefully we can be part of yours.
What does your future look like?
We can help you get there.
HEAD OF EMERGING MARKETS & TRANSFORMATION
One of the things I like most about my job: No matter how long I’ve worked in the tech business, pretty much every time I meet a client or a candidate, I learn something new. Things are changing all the time.
And of course, few things can change a person’s life as much as changing jobs. And while it’s a big responsibility, I love knowing when I’ve really found the right thing for people.
When I’m not at work: You'll often find me leading raids in online games or tending to my garden. Yes, I do my best to cultivate both digital and actual ecosystems!

HEAD OF CYBER-SECURITY & CLOUD COMPUTING
One of the things I like most about my job: I thrive on meeting and interacting with different people from all over the world. Each with unique skills, experiences and stories. It’s incredibly rewarding to build relationships with them and know that I can play a part in their career journey.
When I’m not at work: I’m an avid gamer, but I also love diving into DIY home projects: transforming spaces hopefully with a bit of creative flair and certainly with a lot of hands-on effort!

Interesting point: One significant trend shaping the cloud landscape is the integration of AI into cloud environments. Ironically, companies will need to incorporate ‘good’ AI into their security tool software to help streamline detection and response to counter the threat of malicious AI.

Key takeaway: Many of the world’s leading tech companies have achieved market dominance by refining existing technologies: a valuable insight for identifying and recruiting talent who excel in enhancing and perfecting technological solutions rather than just creating new ones.

Noteworthy point: It shows how cybercriminals can leverage platforms even as big as Microsoft-owned GitHub, the world’s largest open-source code website, to distribute malware.
